Design is the heart of our company and is the place where our creations take shape from the paper patterns.
The Pattern Office and the Style Office, interpreting the sketches, propose the best solutions for the processing of fabrics and the production of prototypes: the latter are then examined through defect removal, to verify that there are no defections during the fitting. In this phase, the model prototypes are optimized before being sent into production.
The department makes use of the support of Lectra-Investronica technology for the insertion of models into the database and the creation of technical data sheets, which are then transmitted to cutting.
From a sustainable perspective, we control material consumption and try to minimize fabric waste.
